What equipment do I need for Zoom lessons?
What happens if I miss a scheduled class?
You only need a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, a working webcam, and a headset or earphones with a microphone for clear pronunciation practice.
All live session slides, audio prompts, and lesson summaries are posted to your digital portal. Group lesson catch-up guidelines are confirmed prior to enrolment.
How are children’s classes managed?
Will I receive an official certificate?
Young learners are grouped by developmental stage in separate classes with qualified native instructors using interactive visual storytelling, songs, and games.
Students completing Foundations or Confidence packages receive an official Vortex completion certificate detailing hours attended and competencies mastered.
